Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Call Center Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide outstanding support. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling inbound inquiries, and meeting sales targets.
Requirements:

Full-Time employees must be on-site.
High level of speaking and writing in English
One year of experience in Call Centers sales.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Types 35 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Utilizes organizational and time-management skills.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell financial services.
Handle calls, provide information about services to help customers make a buy decision..
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Use CRM software to track calls, sales, and customer information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide feedback to the team and management on customer preferences, needs, and sales performance.
