What is the job about?
This role will support Americas Distribution in building our supply chain into a competitive advantage through strong customer centricity, process execution and close collaboration with Sales, key customers, suppliers, and other relevant partners in the supply chain. Coordinating and performing order execution activities to achieve flawless processing of sales orders and deliveries to meet requested and confirmed delivery dates to customers of a dedicated set of sales companies.
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.

Your main responsibilities:

• Daily routines to ensure availability of materials, detect shortages in advance.
• Evaluate the monthly sales plan and bookings to detect trends.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain planning scenarios (strategy, ROP, coverage, etc.) to support sales initiatives.
• Correct control of inventory levels in Distribution Centers. Reduce slow movement through actions (returns, sales, etc.)
• Escalate within the supply chain, problems that may impact customer performance.
• Secure inventory for new products.
• Participate and collaborate in the objectives, programs and procedures of safety, health, and environment, in addition to the activities carried out for their fulfillment.

Your background
We imagine that you have:

• +2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or customer service.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in English Language.
