Talent Acquisition Specialist - Healthcare Recruitment Required

Range: $90,000- $120,000 per year
This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in New York City. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit for positions both clinical and non-clinical, across Sollis Health
- Source qualified candidates by applying extensive sourcing, networking, and screening techniques.
- Leverage online recruiting resources such as Linked In and Indeed, and our ATS. Greenhouse to identify and recruit qualified candidates.
- Oversee recruitment process from sourcing, pre-screens, scheduling interviews, monitor reference checks and extend offers.
- Maintain resume database and candidates for assigned area(s).
- Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to provide quality service and staffing expertise.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives, as necessary.
- Help to build and execute Sollis Health's employer brand and ensures that it is consistent across any job promotions, marketing and advertising as well as in our communications with candidates.
- Partner with the Senior Onboarding and Provider Specialist to ensure candidates have a high-class touch during their pre-hire experience and that they clear to begin working in a timely manner.
- Promote and support diversity in recruitment efforts, ensuring that the hiring process is equitable and inclusive- interview processes that leads to the hiring of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Focus on the candidate experience to ensure timely communications and feedback are provided to candidates.
- Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices in talent acquisition.
- Share your excitement about working in a fast-growing and innovative company, enjoying learning about the business and can communicate this to candidates.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of healthcare and clinical recruitment experience. Ideally, Physician. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant recruitment experience.
- Must know how to use recruitment sourcing techniques and technology.
- Experience in a growing fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Ability to communicate, interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
