Job Description:
We are seeking an Audit Manager to join our team and ensure the integrity of our financial and operational processes. The role involves leading audits, performing reconciliations, and proposing improvements across multiple departments and sites, and at least 3 years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are also required to engage with stakeholders across different regions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise physical inventories at deposits, distributor sites, and sales stock locations.
• Ensure system reconciliations across ERP, accounting, banking, payroll (Sage Paie), and sales systems (Easy Sales).
• Conduct surprise audits and identify internal risks (sales, logistics, stock management, fraud).
• Verify financial and physical flows to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Analyze operational processes, propose performance improvements, and support optimization of control practices.
• Train teams on best practices for risk management and compliance.
• Consolidate audit findings and communicate results to senior management.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Audit or any related field.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong expertise in financial reconciliation and data management.
• Understanding financial and operational flows (orders, deliveries, invoicing).
• High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility for national travel and field presence.
• Prior experience in audit and/or the FMCG/distribution sector is a plus.
