Note: The working hours are based on CANADA time, from 2:00 PM to 11 PM,
Morocco time.
Responsibilities:

• Prospect and cold call residential customers to promote our HVAC cleaning services.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of HVAC cleaning and its impact on
• indoor air quality.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to close sales.
• Prepare accurate and detailed quotes tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales initiatives effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in direct sales, ideally in residential services or related fields.
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills with a successful track record of generating new business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office suite.
