Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Odoo Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing Odoo applications and modules, ensuring seamless integration with business requirements. Your expertise in Python and the Odoo framework will be crucial in delivering top-notch solutions that drive operational efficiency and meet business needs. You will also provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to improving development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules and websites to meet specific requirements.
• Design, build, test, and debug technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct technical analyses, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure robust and high-quality solutions.
• Stay current with the latest Odoo releases, trends, and best practices to refine development processes.
• Create tailored Odoo solutions for diverse industries.
• Offer additional support for implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Odoo and e-commerce development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the Odoo framework and core modules.
• 5+ years of experience with Python programming.
• Experience integrating Odoo with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Proficiency in version control tools such as GIT and Bitbucket.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Postgre SQL and Linux.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with web technologies like OWL (Odoo Web Library), HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Bootstrap.
• Techno-functional expertise is an advantage.
• Experience with SQL/no SQL databases.
• Knowledge of Odoo UI JS framework or OWL.
