Construction Project Manager

Commons is seeking an experienced independent Project Manager for the fit-out of our new space in Sidi Maarouf, Casablanca. Your role will be to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 1,000.00DH - 1,500.00DH per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Monitoring: Conduct weekly site visits and on-site meetings with the contractor to track progress and address issues.
- Progress Reporting: Lead weekly online meetings with Commons, providing updates on milestones, challenges, and tasks.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Ensure adherence to the budget and timeline.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven project management experience in renovation and fit-out projects.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with local building codes.
