Duties:
The applier should:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 7 Marines daily, adjusting meal quantities based on attendance.
- Follow provided menu plans to prepare diverse dishes catering to varied dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen facilities and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Food Service Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus.
