**Salary:** 7,600 to 12,700 Dhs per month (depending on experience)

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Inbound Sales Advisor to handle phone enquiries from clients involved in car accidents. The role involves advising clients on our accident management services, coordinating vehicle towing, and arranging replacement vehicles. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound calls from clients involved in car accidents.
- Provide clear and concise advice on accident management services.
- Coordinate vehicle towing services for clients.
- Arrange replacement vehicles promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and services provided.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a related industry.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
