We are seeking an Assistant to the General Manager for our client, a group operating in the real estate, agri-food business, and energy sectors, based in Témara. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (French and English), with advanced knowledge of accounting and financial tools. Proficiency in German is a plus.

Salaire: To be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
Lieu: Témara.
Main required experience : advanced knowledge of accounting and financial tools.!!!!!!!!! and bilingual (French and English) , Proficiency in German is a plus.

Qualifications :

Assist the General Manager in daily tasks.
Monitor accounting files and manage financial documents.
Budget calculation and financial forecasting.
Handle internal and external communications.
Organize appointments and meetings.
Manage certain administrative tasks.

Responsabilités :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3) in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial tools.
Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, time management, organization, and adaptability.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience.
