game industry. As part of Garena, you will be working in a team who runs the operations of renowned games, in the area of monetization, operations and project management. You will also be required to perform analysis, make insightful recommendations and design solutions to address complex business issues.
- Drive project formulation - from ideation, planning, release, and monitoring projects
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute game operations plan
- Support existing game operations strategies, while working on new systems to maximize players' value
- Analyze player data, project results and compile insights
- Communicate project recommendations and outcomes to key stakeholders
- Outstanding individuals with minimum a Master's Degree from top-tier universities (fresh graduates with strategy or business-related internship experiences are welcome to apply)
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Morocco and Middle East regions; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
- Possess a strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking ability
- Have data-driven mindset with the ability to set strong and measurable goals
- Have a solid experience in managing multiple projects, good in coordination and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, Arabic and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
