In this spirit, we are currently hiring for a Junior Brand Manager for our CPD division.
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting with market research, involving collecting data on consumer trends, competitor activity, and market size to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Analyzing data and interpreting market research findings, sales data, and consumer feedback.
- Planning by supporting the development and execution of marketing plans, developing point-of-sale materials and coordinating digital marketing campaigns and assist in monitoring marketing expenses and ensuring the team stays within budget.
- Product Launches & Innovation as in supporting new product development, developing launch materials and tracking launch performance.
- Communication & Collaboration where you’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, presenting findings and recommendations, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Professional/Hard Skills
- Analytical Skills: Deciphering market data, consumer insights, and sales figures to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Marketing Fundamentals: A solid understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and the 4Ps is key.
- Project Management: Being organized, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple projects effectively is essential.
- Budget Management: Understanding how to track marketing spend, analyze ROI, and work within budget constraints is important.
- Presentation Skills: Clearly and persuasively presenting ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders is a must-have skill.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Power Point), data analysis tools, and presentation software is expected.
Soft Skills
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication is key for collaborating with teams, crafting compelling messaging, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Creativity: Generating innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product development helps a brand stand out.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying challenges, analyzing options, and developing effective solutions is a critical aspect of the role.
- Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with diverse teams across various departments is essential for smooth project execution.
- Adaptability: The fast-paced nature of brand management requires flexibility, adjusting to change quickly, and being open to new ideas.
- Passion for the Industry: Genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and personal care industry, along with L'Oréal's brands, is a huge asset.
