Your tasks
- Technical Quality Assurance: Ensure project results meet the requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance and recommend necessary changes to schedule, cost, or resources.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver reports based on customer upgrade requirements and offer feasible solutions for operational issues.
- Solution Development: Formulate strategies for developing new customized solutions to support customers' daily operations.
- Quotations: Prepare retrofit and budget quotations as per customer requests in SAP and CRM.
- Order Management: Follow up on orders from customer inquiry through to delivery.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the retrofit sales coordinator as needed.
- Report Management: Manage the development of reports related to DC-02 business.
- Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team for all related queries.
Your profile
- Education: Engineering graduate.
- Experience: 8-10 years in the FMCG industry, specifically in filling and packaging technology (flat/carbonated and hot filling).

Technical Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of machine operations and the latest technology.
- Knowledge of PET and glass line equipment technologies.

Strong expertise in:
- Blow molders and their operations.
- Fillers and their operations.
- Label machines (wrap-around label, self-adhesive, and cold glue).
- Washer/mixer technology.
- Packers, palletizers, and de-palletizers.

Skills:
- Advanced analytical and technical skills with persuasive capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively with different cultures and as a good team player.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% for business purposes.
