How does it work?

• You will begin your journey at L’Oréal by rotating in different positions, and even different divisions, for a total of 12 months as follows:
• 3 to 4 months rotations in different divisions / departments, within the Data function
• Dedicated Buddy to offer you support and guidance in your day-to-day activity
• Customized Induction program
• Mentoring sessions with our executives
• After you have graduated from L’Oréal Seed Z, you will have the chance to be transitioned into a position in your area of expertise, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within L’Oréal Morocco

YOUR PROFILE :

• University/Master graduate or in your final year of studies.
• Maximum 2 years of professional experience, except NGOs, internships and/or other student jobs;
• Passionate about developing a career in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are innovative and an out-of-the-box thinker who challenges traditional methods
• Consider yourself entrepreneurial, initiative-taker and eager to make a difference
