How does it work?
- You will begin your journey at L’Oréal by rotating in different positions, and even different divisions, for a total of 12 months as follows:
- 3 to 4 months rotations in different divisions / departments, within the Data function
- Dedicated Buddy to offer you support and guidance in your day-to-day activity
- Customized Induction program
- Mentoring sessions with our executives
- After you have graduated from L’Oréal Seed Z, you will have the chance to be transitioned into a position in your area of expertise, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within L’Oréal Morocco
YOUR PROFILE :
- University/Master graduate or in your final year of studies.
- Maximum 2 years of professional experience, except NGOs, internships and/or other student jobs;
- Passionate about developing a career in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are innovative and an out-of-the-box thinker who challenges traditional methods
- Consider yourself entrepreneurial, initiative-taker and eager to make a difference
