Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our global marketing efforts from our Casablanca office. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing Jet Luxe’s marketing strategies both online and offline, driving brand growth, and managing marketing teams worldwide. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, possess a strong track record in marketing, and be comfortable leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our global marketing efforts from our Casablanca office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, possess a strong track record in marketing, and be comfortable leading cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global marketing strategies to promote Jet Luxe's brand, services, and customer experience initiatives.

Oversee both online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

Manage and lead Jet Luxe's marketing teams located across various regions, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and alignment with company goals.

Drive lead generation efforts and develop performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with other departments, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities to enhance Jet Luxe’s market presence.

Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Report directly to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing successful online and offline marketing campaigns.

Experience managing global marketing teams, preferably in the luxury or aviation sector.

Proficiency in English (French or Arabic is a plus).

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams remotely.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
