Hexcel is currently seeking a Material Planner for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Reception, analysis, and confirmation of Customers Sales orders.
Purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
Manage the Raw Material orders properly in order to have the material with right quantities at the right time.
Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization, and continuously revise Supply Chain Procedures and work Instructions.
Monitor the inventory level and share the inventory yearly Plan and monitor aged inventory level.
Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
Conduct research for new components and suppliers, and assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract compliance.
Perform Yearly/ Monthly/Weekly Production Schedules in accordance with supply chain constraints. Managing Properly the MRP Data/Parameters to ensure proper output.
Organize with SCM the Management/ Tasks Related to the new Projects Introduction. (Include the affectation of each Material Planner to a given Project)
Continuous Revision of Supply Chain Procedures and work Instructions.

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree in Supply Chain/Industry or relevant field.
Relevant 4 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office is a must).
Relevant experience using ERP (Microsoft AX is a plus).
Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
