Quality Food Safety and Environment Supervisor.

As a Quality Food Safety and Environment Supervisor , you will be responsible of Quality and Environment in order to guarantee the quality and safety of the products of Dirafrost Morocco in accord-ance with customer’s requirements and legal frame and allow better traceability from source to customer and to support the Support the Head of Safety, Quality and Environment Dept.
Main accountabilities:
1. Support the head of QSE on quality assurance; all the different procedures, which guarantee the quality and safety of products.
2. Support the implementation and optimization of the quality control methods and procedures. Follow up the raw materials control and finished products.
3. Ensures the implementation and optimization of the quality control methods and procedures. Supervise finished products control.
4. Ensures the implementation and optimization of the traceability methods and procedures. Perform and document regular traceability tests.
5. Responsible for execution of products control plan. Guarantee products conformity according to customers’ specifications. When non-conformity issues arise, identify core reasons and propose corrections and corrective action plans.
6. Responsible for the Hygiene Team and follow-up the hygiene stock.
7. Provide excellent internal and external technical and administrational quality services (specifications, analysis, traceability, questionnaires, questions ...).
