Job Description:
1. Assist the HR manager to formulate and implement the company's recruitment plan, analyze and make reports of the implementation of the plan and turnover reasons;
2. Responsible for develop and maintain of the company's internal and external recruitment channels, the formulation, release and management of recruitment information;
3. Responsible for interviewing personnel resume screening, preliminary examination, retesting and entry arrangements for the whole process management, and establish a good talent pool mechanism;
4. Responsible for entry arrangement, collect all onboarding document, and manage employee files, and accomplishing of the local working certificates;
5. Establish collaboration with universities and vocational schools, explore employer branding;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Educational Background: Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology or other related management majors.
Qualification Requirements:
1. More than 3 years experience in HR recruitment project planning and recruitment implementation (recruitment channels, resources), recruitment experience for large manufacturing industry is preferred.
2. Good knowledge of recruitment methods and operation skills.
3. Solid foundation of human resources recruitment information writing, proficient in using related office software.
4. Strong analytical and judgmental skills, communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong confidentiality awareness, and self-motivated.
6. Fluent in English, French and Arabic, Chinese is advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 6,000.00DH - 15,000.00DH per month
