Sanjali Trading Morocco is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, your role will include the following key responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Relationship Building:
  • Prospect new customers through various outreach methods, including cold-calling, email campaigns, door-to-door visits, and social media engagement.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to build long-term partnerships and ensure business growth.
Sales and Client Communication:
  • Engage proactively with prospective clients, converting leads into sales through effective follow-up and clear communication.
  • Handle client inquiries and guide them through the sales process, ensuring a positive experience and fostering trust.
Operations Coordination:
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, managing logistics and resolving any operational issues as they arise.
Order Management and Client Retention:
  • Follow up on orders and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Implement strategies for client retention and loyalty, contributing to the growth of the customer base.
Product Improvement and Market Insights:
  • Collect client feedback to suggest improvements and adapt product offerings to meet market demand.
  • Identify market trends and customer preferences to help refine marketing strategies and product positioning.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, relevant experience in sales, marketing, or brand management will be considered.
  • Experience: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience is a plus but not required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships and connect with clients.
  • Proactive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic sales techniques and customer relationship management is a plus.
