Permanent this role drives strategic decision-making by analyzing market conditions and company performance, aligning profit plans with business goals, and providing critical insights to enhance growth and profitability. It also focuses on optimizing marketing processes and ensuring efficient, data-driven reporting and strategy implementation.

• Monitor Company performance & external market conditions, identifying strategic priorities & influencing decision-making.

• Develop & align category profit plans to support business strategies and enhance profitability ;
• Provide critical marketing KPIs for the Source of Sales process, along with risk & opportunity assessments based on thorough analysis ;
• Oversee reporting functions for all planning processes, including annual & quarterly reports, as well as monthly market & competitor tracking data ;
• Ensure timely delivery of reports to internal stakeholders & regional/global partners, leveraging BI tools for reporting automation.

• Provide input & insights to shape consumer-driven category strategies, driving revenue, growth, market share & profitability ;
• Interpret financial, industry, brand & product data to make strategic recommendations to senior management ;
• Contribute to the formulation of category strategies & business objectives through comprehensive analysis and insight.

• Lead efforts to streamline and optimize commercial marketing processes while maintaining robustness ;
• Conduct regular evaluations of process touchpoints and ensure alignment across Avon Morocco, incorporating best practices where applicable.
