Job description
As a Visual Merchandising Coworker, you’ll be the creative force behind our stunning product displays and layouts. You will bring our products to life in a way that engages and inspires our customers, making them feel excited about their home and its possibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Inspiring Displays: Design and implement eye-catching and practical product displays that showcase our range in the most appealing way.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure that every display tells a story, makes sense, and provides a compelling reason for customers to explore our products.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with your team to brainstorm and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with IKEA’s vision and customer needs.
- Maintain Standards: Regularly review and refresh displays to keep them looking fresh and relevant. Ensure all merchandising meets IKEA’s quality and safety standards.
- Engage with Customers: Use your creativity to create an inspiring environment that enhances the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Qualification
- Education: You’re a graduate from an art school with a strong foundation in visual design and creative principles.
- Design Passion: A deep love for design and an eye for detail that translates into stunning visual presentations.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a team and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- Customer-Centric: A keen interest in understanding customer needs and creating displays that captivate and inspire.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting where creativity and flexibility are key.
- Experience: Previous visual merchandising or related experience is a plus, but your creative flair and educational background are what truly matter.

This position is full-time and is located in Tetouan, Morocco. Some travel may be required.
