Tasks

As a Waiter/Waitress at Casa Infante, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Taking orders and serving a variety of gelato flavors with attention to detail and presentation.
• Providing recommendations to guests based on their preferences and answering any questions about our menu.
• Ensuring timely and efficient service, maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other staff members to meet customer needs.
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.

Requirements

In the heart of Naples, the captivating tale of 'Casa Infante' unfolds—a story not only beautiful but also wholesome. Rooted in the expertise of three generations, this gelateria venture marks a luminous and promising beginning.

Nearly a century has passed since Leopoldo Infante, an innovative master of Neapolitan confectionery, decided to open his own shop on Via Foria. Drawing from the tradition passed down by seasoned tarallo craftsmen of the late 1800s, Leopoldo focused on creating the world-famous tarallo n'zogna e pepe. Over the years, he supplied renowned kiosks in Mergellina and various street vendors in the city, ultimately deciding to establish a specialised shop on Via Foria. This move, in the bustling heart of a vibrant Naples, marked the rise of the 'temple of tarallo n'zogna e pepe,' offering a variety of classic biscuit products.

This brings us to 'Casa Infante,' a small gem embodying the family's accumulated tradition and values. The setting mirrors the early 19th-century bottegas, adorned with abundant white marble and furniture creating a familiar atmosphere. With thirty-six flavors presented at first glance, a chocolate fountain enhancing the waffle cones' appeal, and attentive female staff catering to customer needs, the location on Via Toledo, Naples' most famous and frequented street, set the stage for immediate success.
