Als Barista bij Starbucks lever jij legendarische klantenservice, maar bovenal de aller lekkerste koffie voor onze klanten. Met jouw positieve ‘can do’-houding en jouw persoonlijke interacties sta jij elke klant met een grote glimlach te woord. Bij jouw staat de klant voorop, jij ontdekt snel de behoeften van de klant en weet hier optimaal op in te spelen. Tevens lever jij consequent kwaliteitsdranken volgens de recept- en presetatienormen van Starbucks. Je handelt met integriteit, eerlijkheid en kennis die de cultuur, waarden en missie van Starbucks bevordert.

Wat krijg je als barista

Flexibele werktijden (32 of 40 uur, maandag t/m zondag);
All-in salaris van € 14,77 per uur als je 21 jaar of ouder bent, op basis van een fulltime contract is dit maandelijks € 2.560,90;
Jaarlijkse bonus op basis van het aantal dienstjaren bij Starbucks Nederland;
Erkenningsprogramma op basis van partnerengagement en uitstekende prestaties;
Premietoeslag van 5% bovenop je salaris als je werkt in een van onze high volume stores;
De lijst met voordelen is eindeloos: altijd gratis koffie tijdens je dienst, elke week een zakje gratis koffie en partnerkorting op alle andere producten in de store;
Je krijgt een 7 maanden contract met 1 maand proeftijd;
Blijf jezelf ontwikkelen, Starbucks heeft meer dan genoeg doorgroeimogelijkheden voor jou!
Volledige dekking van de reiskosten met het openbaar vervoer (afhankelijk van de reisafstand naar de winkel);
Pensioen is misschien nog ver weg, maar het is al geregeld.

What you get as a barista

Flexible working hours (32 or 40 hours, Monday to Sunday);
All-in salary of € 14,77 per hour when you are 21 years or older, based on a fulltime contract your monthly salary is € 2.560,90;
Annual bonus based on years of employment at Starbucks Netherlands;
Recognition program based on partner engagement and outstanding performance;
Premium allowance of 5% on top of your salary when you work at a high volume store;
The list of benefits is endless: free coffee during your shifts, a bag of free coffee every week, and partner discount on all other products in the store;
You will get a 7 months contract with 1 month probation time;

Fully coverage of travel costs by public transport (depending on traveling distance from the store);
