Mission
Our mission is to enable our customers to qualify their products on particle cleanliness and help them in finding the root causes of their particle contamination.
Due to growth of our organization, we are currently looking for a Global Sales Director to drive revenue and grow our global sales team.
Role description
As Global Sales Director you are untimely responsible accelerating topline growth with customer satisfaction within the gross margin standards and coaching the global sales team to generate revenue accordingly. In collaboration with the board, you will be responsible for setting the global sales strategy and its execution to penetrate new customers both directly and via partners
Further responsibilities include:
Business Development:
- Close new deals, on equipment, software, service and aftersales
- Identify and lead new business opportunities within the defined target segments to accelerate time to market.
- Develop and execute effective sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Recruit, retain and incentivise a global partner network.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales enablement tools.
- Executive support downstream to the sales manager to connect and influence the decision makers at leads and customers.
- Executive support upstream to lead the needed requirements for the right New Product Introductions, from a need and customer value perspective.
- Built and execute a comprehensive global go to market strategy and supporting sales process that accelerates time to market and aligns with the company's long-term vision.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the defect inspection segment within the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
- Set and track sales targets, analyse sales performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to create a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and global partners.
- Understand customer needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify and address customer issues and concerns.
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and lead a high-performing global sales team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.
- Empower team members to take ownership of their responsibilities and make decisions.
- Work closely with the board, engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and supply chain, to achieve shared goals.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
- Proven track record of developing new business in the metrology segment within semiconductor manufacturing market.
- Understands the buying process of target market.
- Able to effectively communicate the value proposition of Fastmicro defect inspection solutions, including the vision towards scalable cleanliness control vision for data driven process control in smart manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams in a global context.
- Experience working in a global environment and managing diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners at all levels.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Technical, Business Administration or an Engineering degree.
- It’s a strong preference if you are able and interested in service management and service business management.
