As part of our development, we are looking for an After-Sales Maintenance Technician to support technically high technological equipment’s like Taxi Bot (green taxiing tractor - https://www.smart-airport-systems.com/solutions/taxibot/ ) and EZtow (autonomous vehicles - https://tracteasy.com/ ) mainly in Europe. The main activities will be in Amsterdam to support and coordinate the deployment of Taxi Bot solution at Schiphol Airport.
The job involves the following tasks:

• Commissioning of equipment at our customers' sites
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair
• Contributing your technical expertise to the product teams
• Application of service bulletins / machine retrofits
• Activity-related reporting (intervention reports and closure, customer responses, etc.)
• Coordination of Service activities with the Customer, a local maintenance contractor and other third parties when required
• Management of warranty claims and payable services in collaboration with the support manager
• User & Maintenance partners trainings
• Management of local storage of spare parts

With a higher education qualification in maintenance/electrical, you have at least 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment.
You have good technical and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of the following fields:

• Mechanics
• Electrical engineering
• Hydraulics
• Automation & communication (CANbus preferred)

We are looking for an After-Sales Maintenance Technician who will be based in the Netherlands and preferably close to Schiphol airport in Amsterdam. The position will also include some international travels to Customers when required.
We will support you by training you in our products and providing you with the necessary tools. After a period of familiarization phase with the project team, you'll need to be as autonomous as possible and be backed remotely by the senior specialist of the team.
