• Calendar management for teams.
• Share Point site management and internal communications for teams.
• Travel management and expense reports for 2 senior executives.
• Event planning ranging from team events to events with external suppliers
• Coordinating weekly inter‐departmental calls.
• Administrative tasks including file management
• Support project management

• Three years’ experience in administrative role or related field and/or training
• Fluent in English
• Ability to collaborate cross-departments and levels of the organization to complete various assignments
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to communicate via email with custom‐ ers, vendors, and internal teams
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Positive, proactive work ethic and approach
• Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
