• Processing of incoming invoices
• Query Resolution
• Supplier Setup and Management
• Preparation of open vendor liability report
• Review of assigned AP aging lines
• Review and resolve assigned lines for non-clearing items from AP clearing suspense accounts
• Preparation and analysis of payment control reports
• Participate in meetings to identify and implement process improvements
• Potentially adhoc support for other department

• MS Office skills
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Excellent English language skills, speaking any other EU language is a plus
• Studying Finance or Accounting on HBO/BSc/MSc level
