Responsibilities:

Responsible for Office, Facilities and IT Management such as Mail processing, answering switchboard, Company emergency response contact, office supplies, badge systems, cleaning services etc.

Arranging office meetings/lunches
-
processing of purchase requests and invoices in Oracle for both Aberdeen Property Investors The Netherlands B.V. and abrdn Investments Ireland Limited, Netherlands Branch
-
Support all new employees and handling of employee departures
-
Point of contact for abrdn departments IT, Accounts Payable, Financial Control, HR and Benefits

Arrange all travel arrangements for directors and other members of the office
To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Great attention to detail

To be Fluent in Dutch and English (verbally)

Financial Services/Investment background (Desirable)
