Are you looking for a challenging Commercial Project Management role in the very heart of the organization, right in between commercial & the factories? This could be your chance! At Friesland Campina Consumer Dairy Netherlands (CDNL), part of the business group Europe in Amersfoort, we are looking for a Project Manager White Dairy and Cheese within the Commercial Product & Project Management (CPPM) team. The scope of this role is both A-Brands and Retailer Brands (Private Label).

Wat we vragen

To be successful in this position, you have/ are:

Academic working and thinking level
>5 years relevant working experience in Food, and Marketing / Product / Project Management
Knowledge of the dairy and cheese market and Private Label and/or Supply Chain experience is preferred
Strong communication and networking skills (Fluent Dutch and English)
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Capability to switch between a pragmatic approach and the one hand and conceptual thinking on the other
Hands-on approach in administrative processes, both internal and customer
Understanding basic business financials
Problem solving mindset and analytical skills
Growth mindset: enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge
A driven and enthusiastic team player

As a project leader C PPM you lead, or take part in, various commercial projects for A-Brands and Private Label. You do so in close collaboration with brand managers, customers (in case of private label), sales, finance, demand planning, R&D, QA and supply chain. You combine your commercial knowledge and experience with knowledge of supply chain and R&D/QA to form a commercially attractive and feasible concept for our brands and private label customers.
Projects follow internal processes such as IPM and CMB, and you will prepare the required documents.
Focus brands are Campina and Optimel, and you can also expect to coordinate change management for local brands such as Friesche Vlag, Fristi, Mona, Milner, Parrano and Monchou.

You also play an important role in managing the product portfolio for Private Label. This includes product lifecycle management, optimising the portfolio (e.g. harmonization, rationalisation, cost reduction etc), developing new or improved recipes and packaging for our brands and customers, and supporting private label tender processes.
You coordinate the phase-in / phase-out plans and you are responsible for starting the article creation and artwork process.

This position is part of the Marketing department within the operating company Consumer Dairy Netherlands (CDNL). CDNL is one of the fighting units within the Business Group Europe organization. This Business group is responsible for selling, planning, making and delivering consumer dairy products within Europe. You will become part of the Commercial Product & Project Management (CPPM) team, which consists of four Product/project Managers and four Consumer Service officers. The team is led by the Head of CPPM who reports directly into the Marketing Director.
