Ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Digital Data Analyst at Basic-Fit? We're on the lookout for a proactive, customer-focused self-starter to enhance the experience of millions of web and app users across Europe. Your data-driven insights will shape the future of our digital channels.
What will you do?
You will be a vital part of our dynamic Marketing Department, optimizing the entire e Commerce flow, from initial website exploration to membership sign-ups and app engagement. Your responsibilities will include designing event tracking, ensuring precise data collection, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including e Commerce, app development, UX/UI, and other analysts.
Responsibilities

Analyse user behaviour and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs across the mobile app and website.
Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests to optimize user engagement and conversion.
Ensure data quality by managing event tracking through Google Analytics.
Create and manage dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio.
Support app and e Commerce projects from concept through completion.

Requirements
We are looking for an analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate
complex data into actionable insights.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (HBO/WO)
1–3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python/R is a plus
Hands-on experience with the Google Stack (Google Analytics, Big Query, Firebase, Google Tag Manager)
Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools (DAX, Power BI, Databricks) is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
