Product Owner HRIS

Our headquarters is based in Hoofddorp, but it's also possible to work from our office in Tilburg. Keep in mind we do want you to be able to come to the office in Hoofddorp several times a month.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage an international team of HRIS Administrators and HRIS Specialists
- Roll out the annual roadmap and create a strategy align with the business needs and HR ambition
- Manage relationship with various stakeholders such has HR managers and HR specialists or gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Provide functional expertise on key business process decisions
- Lead functional projects and configuration activities for enhancements
- Understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency.
- Develop training plans and promote continuous learning and development within the support team
- Follow with Workday releases, including analysis of impact of new functionality and lead testing of current configuration.
- Optimize internal communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Work closely with third party vendors for AMS and testing support.
- Coordinate the maintenance of documentation and configuration changes, business processes and instructions/guidelines.
- Thorough understanding of Workday functional setup
- Analytical mind, critical thinking, and problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English, big plus if you speak Dutch or French
- Understand HR operations and processes and employee data management
- Attention to detail and goal oriented. Ability to effectively manage multiple activities and/or projects concurrently.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities including ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and continuously looking to develop skills
- Team player and comfortable to collaborate with stakeholders from different departments
- Leadership skills (managing global team – leading and monitoring performance and training needs)
- Understand business priorities and translate HR needs into technical possibilities
