Drive Online Sales Performance: Responsible for the commercial performance of the UK and US websites. You thrive on improving conversion rates, increasing online sales, and boosting the average order value of Joolz products.

Customer Journey Architect: Oversee the online experience for our US and UK websites. From brainstorming with our CRM team about personalized journeys to onsite adjustments, changes in the product catalogue, or tailored service propositions, you'll drive optimizations for these websites.

Champion the Omnichannel Experience: Partner with brand marketing and digital marketing teams to ensure a seamless flow across all touchpoints in the US and UK. We're talking consistent voice, tone, and experiences that truly bridge the gap between the digital and physical world.

SEO Whisperer: Work with the SEO specialists to make sure pages are search engine superstars, leading parents on a straight path to Joolz discovery. You'll even get in on the keyword research action, ensuring content speaks directly to their needs.

Always Optimizing, Always Improving: You're a data detective, constantly seeking ways to elevate the customer experience and crush commercial business goals. Think product merchandising, forecasting, brainstorming CRO ideas that align perfectly with our digital strategy – that's you!

Collaboration is Key: From refining test results with the Development and SEO teams to ensuring consistency with Paid Media and CRM, you'll be the glue that holds it together.

Data-Driven Decisions: GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio dashboards – these will be your playground. Use data insights to inform content choices and validate those brilliant ideas bouncing around in your head.

Content Roadmap Rockstar: Partner with your Trading & Merchandising colleagues to deliver an epic content roadmap. Product launches, global campaigns – you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met.

Sales-Focused and Problem-Solving Pro: You're passionate about driving online sales and thrive on simplifying complex information. Think of yourself as a parent whisperer, able to decode their needs and translate them into clear, concise website content & product merchandising.

Commercial and Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with content management systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus, but not required) and data analytics tools (Google Analytics & reporting from our data lake with Looker Studio, but open to learning new ones).

Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite: You speak the language of Excel, Power Point, etc., fluently.

Collaborative and Communicative: You excel at working with diverse teams, delivering outstanding results while fostering a positive and communicative environment.

Curious and Learning-Oriented: You have an insatiable curiosity for testing, analyzing data, and using a customer-centric approach to find the optimal online journey. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty and drive positive change.

Experienced in E-commerce: You have at least 3-5 years of e-commerce experience and a results-oriented mindset.

Fluency in English: A must, as Joolz operates internationally.

Preferred experience: Prior experience as an online category manager or online sales manager for a consumer goods brand or retailer.

We offer a salary range of €5.000,- and €5.500,- euro per month based on a full-time employment, depending on your level of experience and capacities;

A hybrid position: 50% in the office and 50% from home, when working full-time 3 days at the office and 2 at home;

30 vacation days based on a fulltime employment;
