As a Marketing Communication Manager, you’ll be responsible for the whole array of developing on-and offline marketing communications assets for our fast-growing business. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business, and to take your career to new heights.

What you’ll do
-
Support the business in developing, deploying, and implementing the marketing strategy, based on market trends, insights, technology implications, competitive environment in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Translate the marketing objectives into actionable marcom plans in alignment with local stakeholders, marketing colleagues and plant specialists, specifying required strategy, deliverables and projects, according to the guidelines and within budget.

Active participation in content development. Think of press releases, customer stories, research articles, knowledge pieces, thought leadership articles; leveraged on- and offline.

Provide sales teams and partners with optimal communication to the market by realizing product and solution launch activities like product messaging, product content creation and customer segment brochures.

Coordinate and execute customer/lead events and exhibitions.

Keeping consistency in visualization, shape, performance and functionality of communication tools based on corporate Philips guidelines.

Share and deploy regional cross-learning of best practices.
Your qualifications
-
HBO/university level in marketing communications, digital marketing, journalism, PR or equivalent experience
-
3-5 years of Marketing Communications experience in B2B environment
-
Experience in creating marcom tools and event management together with agencies and other creative suppliers
-
Social media/Digital marketing experience
-
Flexible mindset and able to work in dynamic business development environment
-
Team player with great stakeholder management skills
-
Affinity with horticulture industry
-
Creative mindset with analytical skills, no nonsense and to the point

Fluent in Dutch and English
