• Oversee and manage the inventory control program and inventory management system, ensuring smooth operations.
• Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies and non-compliant inventory practices. Resolve existing issues and implement root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Guide and review proposed preventive measures to improve inventory management.
• Drive success by exceeding customer metrics in terms of cost, quality, and responsiveness of inventory management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all inventory control processes followed by different departments.
• Train and support associates in understanding and adhering to current processes, policies, and procedures related to inventory management.
• Create and maintain accurate and insightful inventory control reports.
• Assist with receiving new items into the Axapta inventory system when required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Supply Chain / Logistics).
• APICS certification is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management within ERP applications.
• Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of Inventory, warehouse, and business concepts.
• Comfortable performing analytics with large data sets.
• Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to deal with complex, short-time frame solutions.
• WMS knowledge is a plus.
