We help our clients with cyber forensics by applying forensic techniques to uncover evidence related to data breaches, malware attacks, fraud and other cyber incidents.

Your Role
As HR & Recruitment Manager at Forcyd, you'll be at the heart of our organization's growth and development. Your role will combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution across both HR and recruitment functions. You'll be responsible for shaping our people strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent for our locations in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. You're not starting from scratch; there's already a solid foundation for you to build upon. Your tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive multi-year HR strategy aligned with our growth plans
• Advising management on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development
• Coordinating and developing training programs to enhance our team's skills and foster career growth
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations across the countries we operate in (BE, NL, GER, EN)
• Stimulating employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives
• Reporting on HR trends and statistics to guide decision-making
• Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, sick leave, and absence management
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various positions including e Discovery consultants and staff roles
• Developing and executing a robust campus recruitment strategy to bring fresh talent into our team
• Enhancing our employer brand and implementing innovative employer branding strategies

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact Forcyd's success and future growth by building and nurturing the human side of our business. You will be working (hybrid) from our office in Amsterdam and you have the opportunity to visit our offices in Londen, Frankfurt and Brussels.
Who Are We Looking For?

• You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• You have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• You have 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• You're a confident self-starter, can work independently, and are a strong advisor
• Experience in professional services or a scale-up is a plus
