In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our HRIS initiatives, bridging the gap between technology and human resources. You will be responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of our HR systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and user satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Management: Collaborate with local HR team and our headquarters to maintain accurate and up-to-date data within Advantech HCM databases.
• Project Execution: Spearhead the regional roll-out of Workday systems, ensuring smooth implementation and high user adoption rates.
• System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing operation and maintenance of all HR-related digital systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Ideally, you have experience with Workday Core HCM, especially in multi-country roll-outs. Moreover, background in integrating payroll, recruitment, Employee’s platforms and systems. Experience in projects within HR and handling sensitive information with discretion is a plus.

• Educational Background: You hold a University degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of working experience in such a role.
• HRIS Expertise: You have a strong understanding of HR processes and data structure, with proven experience in HRIS systems, particularly in implementing systems like Workday.
• Language: You are fluent in English.
