Description

Here's what a typical day might look like...

• Inputting of payments to activpayroll client bank accounts
• Gathering of backup for payments
• Investigation of unexpected or unfamiliar transactions
• Bank reconciliations and proof of payment to satisfy customers requirements
• Report balance and turnover on accounts at month end
• Daily upload of client banking transactions into the finance system and allocation to respective creditor accounts

To be brilliant in this role, you'll...

• Be an excellent communicator, able to work with diverse global teams and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Be self-motivated, able to deliver accuracy with energy, persistence and initiative
• Bring experience and knowledge of the global payments space, with expertise in Dutch legislative and compliance requirements a distinct advantage
• Be comfortable working to time sensitive and critical deadlines - particularly at month end when high volumes of payments activities are required
• Have experience in leading teams, and be motivated to take on people management responsibilities
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and confident to bring new ideas to the table
