Your role

Bureau Veritas is a leading, internationally oriented service provider in the field of measurements, inspections and certification. We focus on a number of diverse sectors, including shipping, (process) industry, construction & installation, transport & logistics, import & export, healthcare, real estate, food industry, business services and government. The department is located in Rotterdam, among other places. We are looking for a new invoice specialist to join our team. At the moment we have room for expansion in our team in the Back Office of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore. We are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for invoicing our national and international customers in diverse currencies. It is a very dynamic position with a lot of interaction with customers and colleagues in The Netherlands and abroad.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Middle or Higher Education Certificate
Excellent command of English language, both verbally and in writing. Dutch is an asset.
You are computer literate (Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Access) is an advantage
You are a proactive team player
Accurate
Good administrative and communication skills
You can multitask and are stress resistant
