Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely chopping, dicing, and marinating of vegetables as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene while handling food items.
- Dishwashing and Cleaning:
- Responsible for dishwashing and ensuring all utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
- Keep kitchen equipment, countertops, and cooking utensils clean and well-maintained.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Stock Management:
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of kitchen supplies.
- Notify the kitchen staff of low stock items to prevent shortages.
- Service Assistance:
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Help in plating and garnishing dishes before they are served to customers.
- Compliance with Policies:
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Salaris: €2.000,00 - €2.500,00 per maand
