Weber Vacuum Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven colleague who will further strengthen our Operations team. Within Operations we take customer orders from sales and ensure that machines are produced, delivered and installed with the agreed SLA.
Our Operations team is the heart of the organization and as a Logistics Coordinator your main job is to ensure that our customers have the best experience from the moment of sale to the moment their new machine is switched on for the first time. You do this by coordinating with all teams within Weber Vacuum Group.
We are looking for a colleague who can take over the purchasing and warehouse management of the order processing, and preferably someone who can also (in the long term) offer support with the transport management of complex orders. You will be responsible for:

• The tactical part of the purchasing process of large components and small parts;
• The tactical part of the purchasing process of large components and small parts;
• Negotiating prices, conditions and relationship management with our suppliers;
• Inventory management;
• Setting up and monitoring the warehouse stock at our location for service and warranty parts;
• Documentation and status updates of shipments to our customers;
• Project management support for orders with our partners.
• In addition, the company is in the implementation phase of an ERP system, to which you can contribute.

What do we expect from you?
You have at least a bachelor or a university thinking and working level. You feel happy if you can act at technology and administration-level. Approach, perseverance and eagerness to learn are key. You want and can work largely independently, in a hard working team;

• You are able to come to the office in Zwijndrecht, Netherlands fulltime for your onboarding period.
• You have relevant experience in purchasing, warehouse management and logistics.
• ou prefer when you are not taken by hand and can adapt to the hustle and bustle that a growing company entails;
• You organize your own workflow, supported by the (online) systems;
• You communicate effortlessly with sales, customers, producers/suppliers and transporters;
• You have experience in order processing and processes, have good organizational skills and are stress-resistant;
• Proficiency in the English language is a requirement; 90% of our customers are abroad;
• Basic level Dutch is a plus;
• You have a hands-on mentality; Practical activities are also part of the task package, both technical and logistical;
• 100% customer satisfaction is important to you, and you do everything you can to achieve this with the team;
• Experience with coordination of international transport is a plus;
• Forklift certificate is a plus.
