1. You coordinate the logistics planning between sales/marketing Dept. and warehouse Dept., so, you know exactly what needs to be delivered and when.
2. Arrange freights with our partner freight forwarders, and arrange courier with our one-stop shipping platform.
3. Track Shipments: coordinate the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, ensuring that shipments are scheduled and tracked well, and ensuring the continuity of work.
4. Follow up on customs clearance status, and ensure that the customs clearance documents submitted by colleagues are correct and sufficient; sometimes you need to produce customs clearance documents for after-sales products or demos. ( we have long-term cooperation with a customs clearance agency, who handles all imports to NL or exports from NL on behalf of us. )
What are your qualities?
1. You're proactive, have strong communication skills, and you are solution-oriented.
2. Preferably an HBO degree in logistics, supply chain, international trading or a related field; Or, over 1 year relevant working experience, familiar with logistics processes or customs clearance procedures.
3. You're proficient in Microsoft office.
4. You're fluent in English, both written and spoken.
