Night Receptionist

What will be your role?
Step into the role of Night Receptionist at the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam. This position plays a key role in ensuring guests receive a seamless and full-service experience during the night time. Responsibilities include assisting with special requests, managing check-in and check-out and offering personalised recommendations and insights to enhance the guest experience. Alongside these duties, managing general administrative tasks for our Front Office takes place against the backdrop of our historic building turned modern hotel. Embrace the opportunity to enhance the guest experience through proactive approaches, creative thinking, all under the guidance of our Night Manager.

What do we offer you?

A salary starting from €2.298 - €2.488 (full time) and 10%-night allowance;

Who are we looking for?
Our new Night Receptionist is a friendly and dedicated professional who is supportive and vigilant about the safety and security of our guests. To succeed in this role, you must embody impeccable hospitality skills while demonstrating the confidence to work independently and take charge of various situations. Additionally, you have:

2 years of experience in a similar role at a high-end hotel;
Prior experience with front office systems (Opera is preferred);
Excellent English proficiency (Dutch proficiency is preferred);
Ability to work night shifts;
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
