Are you ready to lead the game and lead the team to victory? We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for Nike to build our team and increase commercial success. Your tasks will revolve around meeting sales targets, optimizing the team and all product-related processes and systems.
Your tasks as Assistant Store Manager for Nike:
- You will oversee and manage all areas of the store, including front of house, back of house and visual merchandising.
- You identify opportunities to increase sales, set clear targets and communicate these effectively.
- You motivate and manage the team so that you achieve the targets together.
- You ensure smooth processes and efficient management of stock and ordering processes.
- You are a role model for first-class customer service and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Your qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Passion for the Nike brand and retail.
- Fluent Dutch, as well as English at B2 level.
- Organizational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to stay on top of things in a dynamic environment.
