For our Central Post office in the center of Rotterdam, we are looking for a highly accurate and hands-on
BACK-OFFICE assistant!
Location: Central Post Rotterdam, The Netherlands



As our Back-Office Assistant, you will be responsible for correctly processing our administration. You will process sustainability and traceability data in the required systems to comply with the EU Deforestation Regulation and any other legislation that does apply to Olenex in the future.

Due the new law changes this will be a new role within our company. You will be part of our account support and trading team.

Your responsibilities are:
You will be responsible for the timely and correct filing of data in our sustainability systems. Besides that, you will be in a lot of contact with internal stakeholders to make sure everything is running smoothly.



How does this look like?


  • Create Due Diligence Statement (DDS) in Traces, uploading the Geo Json files and using purchase contract information;
  • Create DDS in Traces, using the reference number of the incoming DDS and relevant sales data;
  • Keep central repository up to date;
  • Answering internal requests;
  • Provide documents and information during audits.


Who are you?
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate that you are well organized and that you are able to work with a high degree of accuracy. Besides that, you are a strong communicator and you are able to connect with your internal stakeholders.
  • MBO degree or equivalent;
  • For this role we don’t ask for a certain number of years of experience, as long as you are very precise and strong in processing administration;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programs and able to learn new systems in a quick way;
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English is essential;
