Are you an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a creative and inclusive environment? Join our dynamic team at Stephen & Penelope as an Operations Administrator! While your day-to-day tasks will focus on administrative duties, you’ll be part of a vibrant team that values creativity, collaboration, and growth. If you are an organized and detail oriented person with a high attention to detail, we can train you in a lot of the aspects of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry tasks using Excel.
· Manage bookkeeping activities using SRXP.
· Generate reports and conduct analysis to support business operations.
· Oversee basic office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
· Control and administer company petty cash.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum A2 level proficiency in Dutch.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience.
· Effective communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
