Pillar II Tax Manager

Job model – Hybrid.
As of 2024 Pillar II (the global minimum tax of 15%) is introduced in many countries. dsm-firmenich needs to comply with these new complex rules even if the Pillar II effective tax rate is above 15%. Pillar II constitutes a major change in the international tax environment and is therefore high on the agenda at dsm-firmenich.
An expert team is being set-up to continuously assess and monitor the Pillar II implications and developments. The Pillar II Tax Manager will be part of this team and will play an instrumental role in the further design and implementation of the Pillar II processes.
