The Role

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage 360 recruitment processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
This is a hybrid role with, working onsite in Haarlem minimum 2-3 days a week.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitments for the roles at Teva Production Site in Haarlem, collaborating with Client and senior stakeholders to understand and regularly update hiring needs and optimal resource allocation
• Sourcing Candidates, using a variety of tools and channels to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates
• Building strong and trusted partner relationships with the Client and Hiring Managers. Acting as a strategic partner and advisor regarding the sourcing and recruitment process
• Providing strategic advice to Hiring Managers at each stage of the recruitment process
• Using knowledge of the local market to design optimal recruitment and sourcing strategy

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Expertise in various creative Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, social media, advertising and database searching)
• Demonstrable ability to act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience in working with recruitment systems/ATSs
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
