Ready to embark on an exciting journey as a host/hostess of our Food & Beverage team? At our top-rated 5-star luxury hotel in Amsterdam, we are seeking passionate colleagues who excel at creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

What will be your role?
As a Host/Hostess for our Food & Beverage outlets, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and presenting our menus. Whether it is breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner, you ensure each guest feels right at home. In addition to handling reservations and phone inquiries, you actively engage with guests to ensure their experience is personalised, as well as lending a helping hand to our F&B outlets when needed. As the perfect finale to their experience, you bid our guests a warm farewell, leaving a lasting impression that will keep our guests coming back.

What do we offer you?

A salary starting from €2.252 – €2.339 (full time);
Multiple additional benefits, such as supplemented staff meals, uniform/laundry service, ticket raffles and a 50% contribution to your pension fund;
Travel allowance of €0,21 per kilometer for distances of 5 kilometers or more;

What will your 5-star luxury working environment look like?
You will be the host for all our outlets BARBOUNIA and our Lounge are located in a beautiful glass courtyard which has spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows. BARBOUNIA is a celebration of authentic cuisine from the South of France, Italy and Greece. Taiko Cuisine is an Asian inspired restaurant, where we take the guests on a journey; every dish is created with the best quality products and attention to details. Taiko Bar, with excellent service from some of Amsterdam’s best bartenders, supreme bites from Taiko Cuisine and a cocktail menu that makes you feel like you’re in a speakeasy in Roppongi, guests can enjoy a welcoming and casual setting.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal new host or hostess is enthusiastic, dedicated to quality and a true team player. You are eager to learn and have a passion for working in a luxury 5-star hotel environment. Furthermore, you have:

Prior experience in similar positions at high-end restaurants;
Affinity with high-end service and food;
Excellent knowledge of English language;
Living in or around Amsterdam.
