We are currently looking for a Dutch speaking Sales and Service Administrator, within our branch in Almelo.
Role
The role of a sales administrator is to handle orders, incoming customer inquiries, and assist the sales team with day-to-day sales administration. To achieve an optimal level of customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles a large number of product orders and delivery processing
• Process invoices for all sales transactions
• Ensure prices and customer data are up-to-date
• Provide support in reporting sales data
• Support the Branch's sales team with general work to help achieve objectives
• Take phone calls and reply to customer emails in a timely manner
• Communicate customer feedback internally.
• Advising and processing spare parts questions and orders

Knowledge, skills and attitude:

• Minimum level of education: secondary, vocational, HBO
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a sales administrator or customer service
• Microsoft AX /365 or other ERP experience
• Accurate and attention to detail
• Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (must) and English (strong preference).
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands
