Sales Executive - Netherlands
Blis are looking for an entry level candidate to take on the role of Sales Executive - Netherlands.
You will be reporting to our Head of Sales and you will be required to develop your own business as well as looking after existing relationships.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about starting a career in sales and eager to learn about the industry. While prior sales experience is a plus, it is not required; we are looking for someone with a strong willingness to develop their skills and grow within the company.

You should be motivated, persistent, and practical with a knack for building relationships. Excellent communication and networking skills are essential. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a willingness to take initiative.
Key responsibilities
  • Leverage existing and new relationships to build their own pipeline of opportunity across the Blis product set.
  • Target customers are media agencies including programmatic specialists and independents.
  • Conversion of pipeline and acquisition of new customers and accounts to achieve aggressive targets.
  • Create and lead sales presentations.
  • Strong relationship building and account management of customers.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy across campaigns.
  • Have an active role and input in team strategy and company sales meetings.
  • Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan
Skills and requirements
  • A passion for digital sales and an eagerness to learn about programmatic advertising.
  • A strong interest in building connections within the industry, comfortable taking clients out for drinks/lunches.
  • A desire to understand programmatic advertising and how it operates.
  • Enthusiasm for working with media and programmatic agencies.
  • Confidence in communicating effectively with both small and large groups.
  • A strong drive to achieve goals and develop sales skills.
  • A commitment to being a team player in a dynamic and supportive environment.
